Rawai Imperial Residences was born out of a desire by the family behind the project to create something worthy of beauty of Rawai, the beaches and the incredible outlying islands. Quality is a word used liberally and often misleadingly in this marketplace but this is not the case at Rawai Imperial Residences. Every attention to detail has been made and the specifications of the carpentry and joinery go far beyond the minimums we have come to expect in this industry. Even our two metre high, six hundred kilogramme wooden entrance doors will open and close with a single push of one finger. All internal cabinets and wardrobes are “soft-close” and even the lighting is environmentally friendly.
