Centara Hotel

This is an investment offering that is secured by a Centara Hotel in Central Pattaya.  We are pooling investors together to acquire the asset that consists of land and building as well as an established profitable business. ETA are offering "off the shelf" investment vehicles to our clients with REAL GUARANTEES. ETA will personally invest in a minimum of 44% of this asset meaning only 56% is to be made available to our clients. 

Our 44% will be used as collateral against any guarantees we offer our clients, this means that in the worst case scenario where the hotel would go into liquidation that the land and asset would be sold and our financial obligation to you would be met from the proceeds of the sale of our 44% as a priority, only leaving us with any money back if there was still some left. 
 For clients with investment budgets over $1m we can offer guarantees of 10% and upwards. Summery -
