A Space Sukhumvit 77, developed by the same company that created several of Bangkok’s other best condominiums by the same name, was completed in the year 2007. There are a total of 1600 units contained within the eight buildings that make up the development, each with seven floors. The mid-rise project has elevators in each building as well as parking, 24 hour security systems and CCTV, and many recreational facilities including a swimming pool, garden and barbecue area, as well as a gym/fitness center. The units are typically available between 6,000 to 12,000 baht per month on one-year rental terms. The average sales price is 50,465 baht per square metre; a price that has been steadily rising over the past year. One of the main appeals of this project is the convenient location. Outside of the busiest areas of the city, the project is still conveniently located only 11 minutes by car from the Bang Chak BTS Station, and even closer of a distance are several popular grocery and department stores, including a Tops Daily and Robinson Department. For those with families, there are schools within a very close proximity, including Sa Lae Noi Uppatham, Wak Pak Bo Foundation School, Watpakbor School, Bang Pakong Vocational College and Wat Pak Bo Center. There is also a good choice of restaurants and even the convenience of a hospital.
