Lapping up the luxury
Luxury is a state that many property purchasers seek but it is notoriously difficult to obtain. The devil is in the detail and that’s why the people behind the X2 Vibe Samui Nautilus project are confident that their development will be able to deliver the sort of results that others can only promise.
Any home is going to look good on paper but it is this painstaking attention to detail which truly makes Nautilus stand out from the crowd. The apartments are not just aesthetically pleasing, they have been designed to ensure that luxury is an ongoing state of affairs rather than a fleeting illusion as Peter Sule explains;
“We offer high quality finishing to a contemporary European standard. This includes special Styrofoam isolation technology in the walls which provide 20 °C temperatures inside without aircon, even if the temperature outside is 40 °C.” This sort of attention is the hallmark of Nautilus and, in an industry where many developers are content to make a quick buck, Sule says he and his team take a more sustainable approach;
“We installed fixed aluminium rails that hold together Styrofoam panels inside the wall structure. The Styrofoam isolation is not just to help the owners save on their electricity bills, it will also help to make Nautilus energy efficient.”
Nautilus doesn’t just offer accessibility. It also provides the security which comes with being a branded development, managed by an internationally renowned company. The day-to-day running of the facilities will be the responsibility of BHMAsia who has offices all over Asia and a proven track record in the industry.
For prospective buyers Nautilus ticks all the pertinent boxes and apartments are currently available for as little as 2.29 million Baht. According to Sule, business is already brisk and there is likely to be a surge in sales as the units approach completion;
“We provide secure ownership, construction is under progress and these facts are convincing potential buyers to become an actual owner of a unit. Beyond this we guarantee 8% per year rental income for five years.”
The tourism industry in Thailand is booming and Koh Samui is one of the most popular destinations. It means there’s always going to be a demand for short term holiday rentals and with in-house masseurs and fitness instructors
Nautilus offers guests all the comforts you would expect from a five star hotel.
The performance of major currencies like the pound and the euro has been extremely volatile this century, but the Thai baht remains consistently strong. This makes developments like Nautilus extremely attractive to foreign investors and Sule outlines some of the financial benefits,
“The cost of renting a two bedroom apartment in Koh Samui can be anything from 2,000 to 6,500 Baht per night depending on the season. Over the course of the year the average occupancy rate is 60%, so based on these calculations anyone using the rental program will gain a pre tax profit of roughly 9.9% of their investment each year.”
Nautilus is located in the North.
East of Koh Samui, an area which is comparatively underdeveloped and renowned for its tranquility. With sandy bays, uncluttered beaches and crystal clear waters the area is something of a throwback to the days when the island was home to just a handful of sleepy fishing villages.
This will make Nautilus extremely attractive to holidaymakers because the development is just a few kilometres away from the airport. Meaning guests can fly in from all over South East Asia and be relaxing on the beach by their brand new apartment just moments after stepping off the plane.
Koh Samui is renowned for its world class nightlife and the famous Chaweng Beach which is a ten minute drive away. Whilst the North East of the island has excellent culinary options with several of Thailand’s best restaurants within walking distance of Nautilus.
Prices start at just 2.29 million Baht making Nautilus extremely affordable. But from the quality of the construction to the convenience of the location, the five star facilities to the financial security of the guaranteed rental program, it is abundantly clear that Nautilus was designed with luxury in mind.
