Thailand has been ranked fourth of nine countries in Southeast Asia for the cost of rental property by cost of living comparison website Numbeo.com.
Rental property in the Kingdom is calculated to be almost four times cheaper than Singapore – which was ranked as the most expensive place to rent in Southeast Asia by the survey.
Brunei and Myanmar occupied second and third place respectively, where prices for rental property are said to be around 25 percent costlier in these two countries.
Indonesia and the Philippines were named as the cheapest locations to rent property, with the latter being almost three times cheaper than Thailand.
