More than 120 units have been sold, worth more than THB 1 million, at a central Bangkok development before the opening of pre-sales.
Sales at Whizdom Essence Sukhumvit (pictured) – the second condo building in the Whizdom 101 project – and what the developer said is its innovative mixed-use development under “The Great Good Place” concept, has received excellent feedback from its target groups and the market in general.
Construction is underway and foundation piling has already been completed for the first residential building. The developer has now opening for official presales of residences in the Whizdom Essence Sukhumvit project, at the sales gallery on Sukhumvit Road.
Suttha Ruengchaipaiboon, Executive Vice President of developer MQDC, said, “MQDC has unveiled information and introduced the second condominium building in the “Whizdom 101” project called “Whizdom Essence Sukhumvit” to VIP prospects and existing customers.
“We have also conducted international roadshows in Singapore and Hong Kong.
“The feedback is better than what we had expected. Although we has not opened for official presales, bookings have reached more than 120 units worth about THB 1 billion.
“Strong interest has been received for large residences with two- and three-bedrooms. It is against the market trend for condominiums around that location where small units are usually more popular among buyers.”
Whizdom Essence Sukhumvit is a high-end residential condominium building in the Whizdom 101 project. Rising 50 stories, it has 664 units with average prices of THB 140,000 per sqm, and individual units priced from THB 3.99 million each.
