Using the concept of “affordable luxury”, The Metropolis Samrong Interchange has achieved more than THB 1 billion worth of sales during its first month of sales.
Developer Wongwaiwit Machine Tools Manufactory and its sole agent Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) launched the pre-sale phase for the new development (pictured), with prices starting from THB 1.9 million.
Frank Khan, Executive Director and Head of Residential Consultancy for the real estate firm, said: “Pre-sales for The Metropolis Samrong Interchange were launched by targeting customers who require a home in a quality residential area that met their demands for convenience and flexibility.
“There are a variety of travel modes, and the location affords easy access to the junction of two train lines: the yellow line and light green line. Moreover, it is also close to the entrance and exit of the expressway which effectively helps reduce the travel time to and from work.”
The project is situated on Sukhumvit Road in the north Samrong area. It boasts two high rise towers of 39-floors and 30-floors each, as well as a low rise building with seven floors. There are 1,770 units in total on space of more than 8 rai of land.
The development offers three room types: studios measuring 25 sqm and 28 sqm; one-bedroom units of 35 sqm and 45 sqm, and two-bedrooms with 52 sqm and 53 sqm of space.
Khan expects The Metropolis Samrong Interchange, which launched pre-sales a month ago, will continue to see bookings at a steady rate, driven by what he described as a great market reception from customers.
