The 34th House and Condo Show, which runs until Sunday, is showcasing more than 1,000 housing projects while targeting revenue of more than THB 3 billion during the four-day event.
Taking place until March 13 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in central Bangkok, the House and Condo Show is featuring more than 200 companies displaying a range of real estate products at all prices and in all locations. To grab the attention of home buyers, special promotions including discounts of up to THB 1.5 million are also being offered.
According to the organisers the event has come at the right time, as the Thai government is rolling out its real estate stimulus measures, including the reduction of mortgage registration fees and property transfer fees, as well as corporate income tax deductions.
It is estimated total sales of housing and condominium units throughout the event will surpass THB 3 billion while another THB 7 billion will likely be generated afterwards through follow-up leads.
