Thailand property developer Sansiri is offering property buyers and investors to ‘Earn from the Holidays’ by purchasing a property at one of 15 projects in five resort locations around the Kingdom.
Buyers of some of the company’s selected units in Chiang Mai, Khao Yai, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Phuket will now be able to take advantage of guaranteed rental returns of between 6 percent and 7 percent, according to a company statement.
The listed developer is expecting to generate up to THB 1.5 billion in sales, and up to 250 individual unit sales from its high season promotion which is aimed at ‘creating a new dimension for customers who will buy Thailand condominiums purely as an investment’.
