Prolific property developer Sansiri has revealed plans to develop 25 new condominium projects along mass-transit lines in Bangkok over the next five years.
Together with its partner, the BTS Group, the combined value of these developments is expected to top THB 1 trillion.
Of these 25 new projects, four will be pioneering ‘The Line’ projects, and another will be a key project at the heart of Bangkok, details of which will be unveiled this year.
The partners will also strengthen their alliance by combining forces with their affiliated companies.
Citing one example, VGI Global Media will lend its advertising and marketing expertise to help promote business, Rabbit Card will contribute to creating an urban lifestyle of the future, and Plus Property will help with its research and development capability.
Sansiri’s long-standing and growing marketing expertise in overseas markets, together with the personal reputation of BTS Group Founder Keree Kanjanapas, a highly prominent figure among overseas investors especially in Hong Kong, will contribute to increasing confidence among foreign buyers.
The next property development to be launched early next month will be ‘The Line Sukhumvit 71’, developed by BTS Sansiri Holding Three Co., Ltd. Created under the concept of ‘Opportunity is Everything’, the project will be a high-rise condominium complex with furnished units located 400 metres from BTS Phra Khanong.
