Listed developer Sansiri Plc, one of the largest real estate developers in Thailand, has launched a promotional event in Phuket, “It’s Prime Time”, to offer sales promotions across all eight of the company’s completed developments on the resort island.
Mr. Suriya Wannabuit, executive vice president of project management and marketing for Sansiri, explained to The Phuket Gazette that the promotion aims to boost sales. Mr. Wannabuit added that most of the total cancelled booking in the past few months were from local buyers, and that Sansiri is focused on pursing stable foreign real estate investment market, particularly targeting buyers from Russia and China.
Sansiri possesses extensive experience in property development, and “we know what buyers and investors are looking for and we always aim to present interesting offers to our target customers,” said Mr. Wannabuit. In Phuket, Sansiri’s developments are located in prime areas, with distinctive designs and quality finishing. Some of the premier and moderately priced units on offer in this promotion include a corner house at Burasiri Koh Kaew; a furnished home near the clubhouse and townhouse with a large private garden at Habitia Koh Kaew; a unit with swimming pool views at dcondo Creek; and units with the best views at dcondo Kathu-Patong and dcondo Mine. The latter includes furnished and unfurnished condominium units in the THB 900,000 to 2 million price range.
With a strong market presence in Thailand’s most popular locales, the company is also launching the “It’s Prime Time” promotion in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Hua Hin.
