Raimon Land achieved what it has described as sales “far beyond its expectations” for its new The Lofts Asoke project.
A pre-sales event took place last weekend and the listed developer said it has already achieved its initial target for the development already, with sales of around 35 percent by unit numbers out of the 211 available at the development.
“This sets us up well to reach 50 percent sold by the time we open the show suite on site in April 2016,” a spokesperson for the company told Dot Property Group.
“We had around 90 clients visit us over the weekend, mostly Thai. The foreign client base of Raimon Land will start visiting through the high season as many are living overseas.”
The developer noted how the reception for the sky-loft duplexes has been very strong.
“We had a total of five one-bedroom duplexes starting from around THB 18 million. We initially planned to release three of these five but demand was so strong we have sold all of them.
“The reception for the high-floor duplex zone has been far beyond our expectations. “We believed this zone would be mostly owner-occupiers who would wait to see the show suite, however it really is a unique offering where the void is 60 percent of the floor area with most of the ground floor having the double height – so these units have sold very well so far.”

The sad news for interested buyers is that Raimon Land has already increased its prices, as planned, since the pre-sales event last weekend, but it will continue with the same price structure until the opening of the show unit in April 2016.
“There are still good reasons to purchase ahead of the sales gallery opening, since we like to reward clients who make decisions to buy or invest within this year,” the spokesperson concluded.
