AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, one of the leading real estate developers is launching RHYTHM Ekkami.
Their eighth joint venture project with Mitsubishi Estate Group (MEC). The THB 2,680 million project will have the latest design breakthrough called ‘Perspectivised Window Innovation’ that results in all 326 units in the scheme having different individual views.
In the third and fourth quarter of this year, the company will hand over completed condominium units in their eight projects with a consolidated value of more than THB 20,000 million. In the last 25 years AP has developed more than 60 projects along rapid transit lined condominiums.

By studying the environment around the plot of land in all directions through sky shots and 3D simulator model in the design planning stage, AP is able to ensure that the project avoids any surrounding environment that blocks visibility. The detailed floor plan of each unit is then plotted to ensure that each room will have a wide-angle window to receive a view that is not blocked by nearby buildings. All the 326 units are then dovetailed to the original structure of the building.
