Prolific property developer Sansiri is planning to maintain its recent strong sales momentum with this weekend’s simultaneous launch in Bangkok and Hong Kong of The Line Ratchathewi.
Following successful launches of two previous ‘The Line’ joint venture developments with BTS Group earlier this year – both of which sold out on their first day of presales, Sansiri will this weekend debut the THB 2.9 billion development (pictured) located 220 metres from BTS Ratchathewi station.
Presales are scheduled for October 31 and November 1, with prices starting at THB 6.9 million and promotions including free giveaways of iPhone 6s smart phones and Apple watches.
A spokesperson for the developer said: “With a sales ratio as high as 95 percent of the properties available, residential properties in Ratchathewi are some of the most highly sought-after in Bangkok because land plots suitable for development are very hard to find.
“Ratchathewi will serve as an important strategic interchange for commuters once the Orange Line of the BTS Skytrain is completed, allowing people to change from existing Green Line (Mo Chit – Bang Wa) to the new Orange Line (Taling Chan – Suwinthawong).
“The nearby BTS Siam station will, of course, continue to be an important interchange station as well, connecting people between the Sukhumvit Line and the Silom Line which runs past Ratchadamri, Silom, Narathiwat Ratchanakarin and Sathorn Roads. So, Ratchathewi is a highly desirable location that is expected to only increase in value as demands will continue to surge for both residential and investment purposes.”
The Line Ratchathewi will be a 38-storey, 231-unit condominium which offers a wide range of residential unit types – from a 27.75 sqm studio to a 119.50 sqm penthouse. Located on a prime 1.5-rai land plot on Petchburi Road, the building has been designed to resemble sea waves that represent ever-changing motions and developments. The building is expected to become the iconic new landmark of the Ratchathewi neighbourhood.
