Listed property developer Raimon Land has revealed it has purchased a plot of land in Asoke in the heart of prime central Bangkok.
The almost 2 rai plot, equal to more than 3,000 sqm, in Sukhumvit 21 is, according to the company, within easy walking distance of both MRT Petchburi, the Airport rail link, Sansap Canal, and is also near BTS Asoke. Located opposite Srinakarin University, the already named ‘The Lofts Asoke’ will offer a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom loft-style freehold units with extensive facilities and quality standards, according to the company.
“We are currently in the design stage, having purchased the land in May 2015,” said Gerry Healy, Vice President of Development at Raimon Land.
“The whole team is very excited to explore an evolution of the loft concept envisiged for inner city living, and we will be working with leading architects to ensure the final building matches the high expectations of our existing clients who have expressed an interest in such a good location.”
Development of the program, pricing and design is now being planned, with pre-launch anticipated in late 2015.
