The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2019 is proud to announce the very first People’s Choice Award for “Project of the Year” to be voted on the exclusively by the public. The introduction of this special honour is of several innovations for the Dot Property Thailand Awards that now enters its third year.
Voting opened Monday, August 5 at noon and closes on Thursday, August 15 at noon with the winner being revealed at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2019 ceremony later that day. A total of 15 projects are in the running with developments from Bangkok, Phuket, Samui and Pattaya among those vying for the public vote.

Where real estate celebrates!
In addition to the People’s Choice Award for “Project of the Year”, the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2019 aims to be a celebration of the entire real estate industry. The winners presentation will be held on a special event stage during the first annual Dot Property Winning Weekend Show. Set for August 15, the ceremony will happen at the Mezzanine level of the Quartier Gallery at EmQuartier in view of the public.
Legendary Thai MC and member of Thailand Tatler’s Society 500 List in 2018 and 2019, June-Sawitri Rochanapruk, will be the conductor for this year’s festivities while the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2019 will open with a very special musical performance. Developers, projects and real estate agents will all be honoured with the Box Brownie Special Recognition Award for Online Marketing also being presented.
The presentation is followed by an invitation-only Winners Party at Escape Bangkok on the 5th Floor of EmQuartier. Winners from the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2019 along with specially invited guests from the real estate industry will gather at one of Bangkok’s most exclusive spots for a celebration of all things property. More than 300 guests will attend the event this year.
