MahaSamutr (‘The Ocean’), a THB 3.25 billion ultra-luxurious 120-rai villa development by Pace Development, plans to unveil its sales gallery in the third quarter 2014. Built around Asia’s first crystal lagoon, with a size equivalent to 45 rai, and an artificial sand beach, the development “brings you the sea and beach in a manmade, safe controlled luxury environment for year round family leisure and recreational activities,” says the developer.
With 81 freehold villas, prices start at THB 40 million for a four-bedroom pool villa; there is a choice of two versatile designs that allow residents to customize their own home. Every villa overlooks the MahaSamutr Lagoon, which is monitored for water clarity and quality, as well as for environmentally friendly and energy efficient attributes. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2015.
Owners will enjoy access to the MahaSamutr Beach Club, a beachfront Hua Hin clubhouse providing a range of services, including a private swimming pool, locker facilities, exclusive monthly social events and all-day waterfront dining service.
Also, MahaSamutr will feature Hua Hin’s first official country club with membership options offered to homeowners. The company says it will be the largest country club in Thailand. A Michelin 3-star chef is onboard to oversee the Mediterranean seafood concept restaurant, and renowned London-based design consultancy David Collins Studio has been engaged to create the interior concept.
