Thailand luxury property developer Pace Development. led by its Chief Executive Officer Sorapoj Techakraisri (second from left), has signed a lease agreement to open a Dean & DeLuca Gourmet Market at 40 Wall Street with The Trump Organization.

Dean & DeLuca at 40 Wall Street will be the brand’s 12th branch in the United States and the first branch invested directly by Pace Development.
40 Wall Street is located in the heart of New York City’s financial district opposite the New York Stock Exchange and is a landmark property that was once the tallest building in the world. The Dean & DeLuca branch at 40 Wall Street will be a Gourmet Market covering 2,000 sqm servicing New York City’s business elite and tourists from around the world.
As well as being a high-profile property developer in Thailand, and responsible for what will be Thailand’s tallest residential building in the shape of MahaNakhon, Pace also owns the iconic gourmet food and beverage brand Dean & DeLuca.
