Noble Development has reaffirmed its confidence in the premium condominium market in Bangkok with the launch of Noble BE19 in the heart of the Sukhumvit-Asoke area.
Kitti Thanakitamnuay, Chief Executive Officer of Noble Development, said: “The current market opportunity, especially in the Sukhumvit area along the main BTS route, is still very popular with consumers and has tremendous potential for growth even though the current real estate market has flattened out.
“The company has much confidence for the premium segment in Bangkok as there is still great buying potential, with high demand for local and international customers for both living and rental accommodations.
“Our latest development, Noble BE19, is situated on prime residential area in the heart of Bangkok with a total project value of THB 5.9 billion, supported with a business plan to reach upper market international investors and, especially, regional neighbours who travel to Thailand often for healthcare.
