The Forestias from developer MQDC has been one of Thailand’s most anticipated projects for a few years now. It only makes sense for it to have the largest showroom in Thailand real estate history. A cool THB1.4 billion was spent to create Forest Pavilion, an experience center that will open in May.
“The Forest Pavilion experience center has more than 6,500 square meters of floor space to let people really feel what this project is about through multi-sensory experiences,” Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, The Forestias’s Project Director, told the Bangkok Post. “It will help people see how this is a town in which every aspect is designed for healthier and happier living as well as showcases sample units of the multiple residential components within The Forestias.”
According to media reports, The Forest Pavilion will be the largest ever showroom created by a developer in Thailand. With The Forestias sales launch set for May, MQDC is hoping the facility can convey the size and scope of the township to potential buyers.
The Forestias will have a number of distinct residential components throughout the project with each one catering to a unique demographic. There will be three high-rise condominiums under the developer’s Whizdom brand with these targeting first-time homebuyers and young families.
Several low-rise condominiums are being developed along with cluster-home residences for extended, multi-generational families. These will be launched under MQDC’s Mulberry Grove brand. The developer also announced that the project would contain branded residences with hospitality firm Six Senses selected to manage these.
Best known for its expansive forest, The Forestias will contain offices, a sports complex, lifestyle and family entertainment facilities, retail space and food & beverage outlets in addition to the residential projects. The Forest Pavilion showroom and sales office is scheduled to open on May 8 and MQDC announced several special promotions to coincide with the sales launch.
