Users of Thailand-Property.com, the country’s largest English language website were searching properties for sale from throughout the kingdom last week.
During the seven days ending last Sunday (September 13), an off-plan listing for a one-bedroom condominium close to BTS Punnawithi station was the most-viewed property for sale on the website.
The listing (main picture) is for a 31 sqm unit at Le Crique condominium on Soi Sukhumvit 64/2 with a price of THB 2.539 million. The development was due to start construction last month and is expected to complete by the end of next year.
The second most-viewed listing was also for a one-bedroom unit in Bangkok. This one, priced at THB 2.47 million, is at the Than Living development and offers from 28 sqm of living space.
For the third most-viewed listing last week we journey south from Bangkok to the resort town of Pattaya and the Sea Saran condominium development in Bang Saray, where a 24 sqm unit (pictured below) with a price tag of THB 999,000 was attracting the attention of visitors to the website. This listing offers buyers guaranteed price appreciation both pre- and post-construction.
