International real estate developer Country Group Development has reached a major milestone in the construction of what is being touted as Asia’s most luxurious waterfront development with the completion of the MAT foundation casting.
This represents Thailand’s longest continuous low -heat concrete pouring spanning three days, totaling 12,035 cubic metres at Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
Chief Executive Officer of Country Group Development PCL, Ben Taechaubol, said: “We are delighted to take another important step in creating this landmark development.
“The Four Seasons Private Residences is blessed with strong partners in Beijing Construction and Engineering Group and CPAC, and together we are making significant progress to ensure we deliver the project to buyers by the end of 2018.”
The Chao Phraya Estate is a THB 32 billion development and spans more than 350 meters of waterfront across 14.2 acres, making it one of the largest waterfront plots of land in Bangkok’s central business districts.
It will feature the Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and two ultra-luxury hotels including Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
The Four Seasons Residential Sales Gallery is situated on the development site at Soi Charoen Krung, 64 Charoen Krung Road, Yannawa, Sathorn.
