After a successful four days at the Dot Property Show at Siam Paragon last month, we have been working ever more closely with the team from Altitude Samyan Silom Condo. This morning I was invited to meet with the owner Khun Chayaphon Hunrungroj (Khun Ed) as they open the latest sales office for their very latest project Altitude Define.
Altitude Define is just a short walk from Samyan MRT station and within easy reach of the popular Silom and Surawong areas of Bangkok. The original Altitude Condo, which is 90 percent sold out already, was such a success that the team at Sincere Group have moved quickly to launch a second project in the Altitude range with Altitude Define.
As Khun Ed walked me through the showroom this morning, he explained that this project has just 59 units and one of the key selling points here is that 100 percent of the rooms come with a parking space – something almost unheard of with new projects these days. The rooms themselves are generously proportioned with the starting size at 33 square metres, up from the Altitude Condo smallest unit of 29 square metres.
Khun Ed spoke today of how they have been able to select the best suppliers of materials for their projects, based on their experience over the years on various projects across Thailand. And, as I looked through the new show unit today, it was clear that there is a real attention to the finer details, which Khun Ed was proud to display.
Location is always key to any success and with such easy access to the expressway and MRT, I can clearly see why most of the units have been bought here as homes to live in, as it is a superb residential location without being too far from the excitement of the city.
