The Mandalay Beach Villas are an impressive balance between form and function, inside and out, modern and tropical. From the exterior, visitors consume an impressive, cutting edge visual experience as the architects of the development have introduced a distinctive and cohesive design aesthetic across the seven three-bedroom luxury villas. The rectangular forms and vertical fins that articulate the buildings’ façades offer residents privacy and frame-views over the white sandy beaches outside.

Each of the three bedrooms feature transparent-glass balconies without railings for maximization of the view, with the master bedroom enjoying a truly infinite view and a vast veranda. The back side of the villa comprises of additional secondary ‘functional rooms’ as well as the maid room.
