If you don’t mind sharing these facilities with strangers and would prefer to use these kind of amenities without traveling outside of the development consider this instead of a villa. 
Do you need constant service? If you enjoy room service, bell hands, concierge and pick-up laundry services, these are all available to you 24 hours of the day when you stay in a luxury hotel or condominium. These are great benefits that you can still take advantage of even if you have a big group; just make sure the hotel has enough rooms for everyone to stay comfortably. Normally, a room at a 5-star hotel will quite large by general hotel standards. However, only the largest penthouses could ever allow you to have the same amount of space as even a moderately sized villa.
