Online real estate agency Lazudi recently announced the acquisition of Pro Real Estate Hua Hin, an award-winning firm that’s been operating for more than 15 years. The deal sees Lazudi expand its footprint in Thailand after its successful launch and growth since its launch in 2020. This is the company’s first acquisition to date.
Lazudi aims to streamline the transaction process in the Kingdom by making buying and selling Thai property more efficient and transparent for everyone. Adding Pro Real Estate Hua Hin will allow the online real estate agency to increase sales and improve its reach.

Pro Real Estate Hua Hin was established in 2005 and operated under a major franchise for a decade. The agency’s Managing Director, Glenn Thomson, will join Lazudi as part of the arrangement.

Among Lazudi’s most notable innovations is its private seller service which was one of the first of its kind in Thailand. Individual sellers can tap into the agency’s network who manage marketing, enquiries, viewings and negotiations throughout the entire process. There are no upfront fees with Lazudi clients only paying when the property is sold.
