Knight Frank Thailand announced Khun Nattha Kahapana as its new managing director effective April 1. He takes over from Khun Phanom Kanjanathiemthao who will assume the role of chairman at the consultancy.
“I am excited to be taking up the managing director role. We do not see ourselves only as a real estate consultancy, instead we want to be a business partner. To achieve this, I will work with our leadership team to grow the business and take it to the next level,” Khun Nattha stated. “We will strengthen our existing business by upgrading our services quality through the adoption of digital-led customer solutions. We aspire to be the premiere property consultancy in Thailand.”
Khun Nattha is no stranger to Knight Frank having spent 18 years with the company. His journey began as head of the firm’s Phuket office before climbing his way to deputy managing director. The new role sees him take charge of Knight Frank business in Thailand on a day-to-day basis.
