Real estate firm JLL has been voted as Thailand’s number one real estate adviser in the annual Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2015. The company also won top votes for its research, valuation and agency/letting services in the same survey.
Euromoney invited companies from the real estate sector, including advisors, developers, investment managers, banks, and corporate end-users, to vote for the firms they think have been the best providers of real estate products and services in their country.
The Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2015 marks the fifth consecutive year that JLL has been voted as the number one real estate advisor in Thailand, reflecting continued recognition the firm has received from the country’s real estate industry according to the firm.
JLL’s operation in Thailand began in 1990 and is now the Kingdom’s largest international property services provider with more than 1,500 employees, three corporate offices in Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya, and more than five million sqm of managed property and corporate facilities.
