One of the most popular events for Thailand property buyers and investors kicks off today (Thursday) at Bangkok’s Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
Running until Sunday, the event will feature more than 325 residential properties from across Thailand. Financial organisations will also be on hand to offer special deals for buyers at the event.

Speaking to the media, Kitti Patpongpibul, President of the Housing Finance Association, said this is a buyers’ market as property firms try to shore up sales at the same time as commercial banks try to secure more mortgages during the second half of this year.
The exhibition, which features four separate events – the NPA and Resale Home Show, the Home Loan and Consumer Credit Show, Home Buyers’ Expo and the Home Builder Expo, will all be attracting potential buyers and investors at the biggest show of its kind at this time of the year.
