Thailand’s government has said it will emphasise the development of the real estate sector to improve the quality of life for its citizens and ensure sustainable development.
Prime Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha (pictured) stated in a nationwide television broadcast that the government is looking to focus on the real estate sector.
He said that this industry links entrepreneurs and construction material manufacturers, and that a stable real estate market is crucial. The Prime Minister also said that his government will proceed with fair measures that will not benefit any specific party.
He said the government believes that spurring on economic competitiveness and investment promotions will help improve the Thai economy next year.
In particular the government is also is stressing the importance of avoiding national household debt.
