THE LINE Jatujak-Mochit has completed signifying the first of many joint ventures.
The BTS Group and Sansiri’s relationship has taken one step further with the completion of THE LINE Jatujak-Mochit. This joint venture marks their first finished project. Launched in 2015 in Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong it is expected that ownership will be transferred to buyers at the latter end of 2017.
This is just one of the collaboration of 25 condominiums in the pipeline. All of which are situated along the BTS mass transit network. One other project is THE LINE Sukhumvit 71 by the BTS station Phra Khanong which was also well received to the market.
Sansiri are a homegrown reputable developer with a long list of successful projects across the Kingdom. In response to overseas demand they launched an office in Singapore to cater for Singaporean investors looking to purchase property in Thailand. It has been revealed that 15 percent of purchasers for THE LINE Jatujak-Mochit are foreigners.
THE LINE Jatujak-Mochit is situated in the north of the city. The location was strategically chosen to meet the needs of its residents whilst ensuring the project has long term investment potential. Residents can benefit from easy access to Mochit BTS station as well as Chatuchak MRT station. Standing 43-storeys and with 841 units from 25.25 to 105.75 square metres, there is a range of layouts to suit a host of buyers.
