The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 presentation ceremony takes place on September 17 at the Park Hyatt Bangkok. Guests will be in attendance with thorough safety measures rolled out to ensure everyone’s health and wellbeing this year.
Park Hyatt Bangkok has earned an Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) certificate that proves its commitment to reducing risks and preventing the spread of COVID-19. Dot Property has also put into place several additional safety measures for this year’s event to provide extra peace of mind. These include limiting the number of guests admitted to the presentation ceremony and dinner.
“This year’s ceremony will be a little different than in the past, but we are extremely excited to be hosting it with people in attendance. It is another sign that things are truly returning to normal in Thailand,” Adam Sutcliffe, Dot Property Director, Events and International Markets, explains. “That being said, we’ve worked closely with Park Hyatt Bangkok to ensure guests can feel confident about attending this year’s event.”
Raimon Land, Charn Issara and Singha Estate are just a few of the leading developers expected to be in attendance on September 17. In August, site visits were carried out in conjunction with Savills Thailand, the official Awards Consultants of the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020.
“Obviously, this year has been challenging for the property sector. However, there are many success stories to recognize as well. The Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 allows us to come together and celebrate the real estate industry’s perseverance,” Sutcliffe notes.
In addition to the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 presentation ceremony, an exclusive afterparty is set for Penthouse Bar, Park Hyatt Bangkok’s rooftop venue, immediately after the event.
Launched in 2017, the Dot Property Thailand Awards are now one of the country’s most anticipated real estate events. Last year’s winners included Sansiri, Property Perfect and Plus Property.
