The Dot Property Mega Sale is set to be Thailand’s largest property sales event. Scheduled for July 14-20, the in-person showcase inside Bangkok’s renowned Mega Bangna shopping mall will be integrated with highly successful online elements launched during the past two years.
As one of Bangkok’s biggest and most trafficked shopping complexes, Mega Bangna is the ideal place to host the seven-day event. A prominent location inside the mall that welcomes almost one million visitors per week guarantees exhibitors unmatched visibility while providing them with a forum to publicly interact with home seekers face-to-face for the first time in nearly three years.
The return of an in-person expo is another sign Thailand is returning to normal as well. Prior to the pandemic, Dot Property Group organized popular real estate events at Siam Paragon, EmQuartier and CentralWorld. More than 85 projects from 60 developers were represented between 2016 and 2019.
“Even though we have all become more comfortable with digital tools during the past two years, many people still prefer personal interaction when searching for home. We are excited the Dot Property Mega Sale is bringing back that element,” Adam Sutcliffe, Director, Events and International Markets at Dot Property Group, stated. “Mega Bangna is the ideal place for our return. Not only does it receive heavy traffic throughout the week, but the demographics and spending power here are extremely favorable.”
However, this is only one aspect of Thailand’s largest property sales event. The Dot Property Mega Sale was originally created as an online-focused showcase and that returns as well. More than 160,000 visitors frequented the Dot Property Group network of websites during last year’s two-day event with participants reporting strong demand and bookings.
“The Dot Property Mega Sale allowed us to reach an audience that was ready to make a decision. With most real estate buyers currently needing more time to figure out if they want to purchase or not, this event was a great way for us to overcome that obstacle,” Khun Tara Rungsangsuwan, Cissa Group Assistant Chief Commercial Officer, explained.
By bringing together a real estate expo in one of Bangkok’s most popular malls and the country’s biggest online property sales event, the Dot Property Mega Sale promises to be bigger and better than anything the country has seen.
“Last year, the Dot Property Mega Sale brought in a record-setting amount of website traffic, leads and transactions. Our goal for 2022 was to make it bigger and better. To go from the largest online sale to Thailand’s largest property sales event,” Sutcliffe concluded. “The full integration of offline and online activities at our event is not only exciting but will also provide exhibitors with a level of visibility and engagement among home seekers that has never been seen before in Thailand.”
