Charn Issara is preparing to open the second phase of Baba Beach Club Hua Hin as the developer believes both tourism and the Hua Hin property market will start to recover before the end of 2021.
The newest addition to the resort will see a 47-room hotel open alongside the 28 private villas that first launched in 2017. The project is being developed and managed by Sri panwa, Charn Issara’s hospitality arm.
Baba Beach Club Hua Hin is part of the developer’s massive Thew Talay Estate located between Cha-am and Hua Hin. The lifestyle community consists of hotels, retail space, event venues and four residential projects. There are three condominiums at the mixed-use development as well as Baba Beach Club Residences Hua Hin which has already sold out.
According to Charn Issara Chief Executive Songkran Issara, launching the hotel’s second phase during the coming months will allow the company to take advantage of a predicted rise in domestic tourism due to the COVID-19 vaccine being rolled out across Thailand.
He also told the Bangkok Post the launch of Baba Beach Club Hua Hin should help the developer sell the remaining units left at Thew Talay Estate’s three condominium projects. The firm believes the Hua Hin property market will start to recover during the second half of 2021.

No news on next Hua Hin project from Charn Issara
Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, Charn Issara announced it would build a high-rise condo project in Hua Hin. Slated for the resort town’s Khao Takiab area, the developer had spent years looking for a suitable land plot before acquiring one in 2019.
There has been no update on when the new Hua Hin residential development will be launched with the company now focused on selling the last units at Thew Talay Estate.
