While the sales gallery for Atmoz Flow Minburi has been open since June of 2022, AssetWise and Japanese firm Takara Leben hosted an official launch for the project last month. This low-rise condominium is the third development for the joint venture partners who are also behind Atmoz Tropicana Bangna and Kave Seed Kaset Campus.
Atmoz Flow Minburi will have three buildings with each one standing eight stories tall. The project contains 739 units and is part of the WisePark mixed-use development. Construction is expected to be finished by the second quarter of next year. Prices at Atmoz Flow Minburi start at THB1.69 million.
The location in Minburi may not be the most well-known, at least in expat circles, but it is actually quite interesting. The development is close to the Min Buri Market Station on the MRT Pink Line which will begin serving riders later in the year. Also nearby will be a connecting station to the MRT Orange Line.
Residents are expected to come from industrial estates and hospitals that are found in the area. Kasem Bundit University Romklao Campus is a short distance away as well. These traits have proven to be successful for similar low-rise condominium projects in suburban Bangkok.

For Takara Leben, the location and vision of Atmoz Flow Minburi match other projects under the joint venture arrangement it has with AssetWise. That made the decision to launch this project a fairly easy one.
“We have strong confidence in AssetWise whose management has committed to running good business while sharing the same business philosophy as ours, meaning adopting the design for living happily,” Kazuichi Shimada, Takara Leben CEO, stated.
AssetWise is one of several developers confirmed to be at the Dot Property Mega Sale from March 9-15 at Mega Bangna.
