Friday in Phuket
From the prospect meetings, Adam got to go catch up with our clients at The Charm, Phuket, a stunning serviced resort on Patong Beach, made up of a collection of studio and one bed apartments. These properties are perfect for our market at Thailand-Property.com as they allow our mostly foreign and expat demographics a chance to own freehold condominiums in this highly desirable area. While the areas around the resort were bustling at the time, (many people were attending and participating in the Asia Beach Games that Phuket was hosting over the last week), Adam was able to personally check out the grounds. From the construction reports and his personal photos, it seems that their construction is nearly complete.
Later, Adam travelled south along Phuket’s west coast to catch up with our clients at Absolute Twin Sands project, who have been an important presence on Thailand-Property.com since they joined last month. This is an exciting time for Absolute Twin Sands, as their Phase II is just entering the construction and delivery stage, with Phase III also nearing launch.
Ending day 1, Adam stopped by The View to discuss the ongoing marketing of their project in Rawai. For those who don’t know The View, it’s an exclusive low density luxury development perched high on a lush tropical hillside overlooking a pristine bay. Great place to catch the sunset!
Saturday in Phuket
On Saturday, Adam got to start off fresh by visiting some more interested potential members in the area. Next stop was at Rawai VIP Villas, a client and development that will be featured on the front page of the upcoming high-season issue of Thailand Property Magazine. The article, while not quite ready yet is all about the hot rental investment opportunities available in this unique location… only a two-minute walk from the beautiful Rawai Beach. Stay tuned!
Finally, a stop at the Beachfront allowed Adam to check out the progress of this new development and get an update on their latest offer, which includes a massive 30% rental return on their properties. Adam’s trip to The Beachfront also allowed him to fill up his Instagram with some absolutely stunning shots. The name for “The Beachfront” is certainly fitting and quite descriptive.
