Audasira Property is making headlines in the real estate industry this month after announcing a new “condotel” project in Hua Hin. The project, which will be under the Bibury Village brand will be the development company’s first British-style endeavor in Hua Hin.
The new Bibuly Village in Hua Hin will cost roughly 500 million baht and will result in and 160 units starting at 70 thousand baht per square meter. Built on a 4 rai land plot right near the main road Soi 132, the project will consist of a seven story building intended for long-term residential units, as well as a four storey condotel.
The standout feature of the Bibuly Village at Hua Hin is that the prokect will come with British style design and modern facilities. “The concept was influenced by the Bibuly Village in England, which is considered the 7th most beautiful architectural site in Europe,” said Mr. Audasira Khemglad, Managing Director of Audasira Property Company Limited.
The design and concept is strategically offered as an incentive for businesspeople and second-home buyers to invest in the project. The project itself aside, it’s location will create a strong investment opportunity as well. Mr. Audasira said that in the next 5 years, the company’ aims to make the “Audasira” brand extremely recognizable by locals and internationals, while constantly developing both vertical and horizontal new projects in Thailand’s major tourist cities. For Bangkok, the next investment would be a residential project near BTS sky train route.
