Real estate company Plus Property has been rewarded for its building security management.
Earlier this month it collected a certificate and trophy from Jumpol Sumpaopol, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, for its latest building prototype which, according to the company, sets new standards in security management.
The award was bestowed as recognition from the project of M.R. Sukhumbhand Paribatra, the Governor of Bangkok, which was established to encourage building owners and the public to pay more attention to building security, with annual evaluations to ensure that Bangkok remains a safe and secure destination.
Both Siri at Sukhumvit and The Vertical Aree were awarded a ‘Good Classification’, while Siri Residence condominium received a ‘Complimentary Classification’.
