Thailand-Property

3 most-read stories in June

As the fastest-growing English language property website in the Kingdom, www.thailand-property.com continues to attract more readers to its news pages every month.

More people are treating the website, and Thailand’s only nationwide English property listings magazine, as the go-to source for news, views, information and inspiration for everything related to Thailand and its property and real estate industry.

Through being first with the property news that matters, readers will simply not be able to afford to miss out on what will become the go-to source for property news in Thailand.

Already in July more than 40 property news stories and blogs have been published on thailand-property.com’s property news pages. No other website in Thailand has published more English property news stories this month.

But what has been attracting the attention of our readers?

Back in June the most-read story on Thailand’s fastest-growing English language property website revealed how residential property developers in Thailand are planning to build more condominiums and improve sales during the next quarter.

Also attracting viewers, and the second most-read story during June, was our story about how prolific property developer Sansiri had been approved to launch eight new condominium projects in and around Bangkok with a combined value of THB 21 billion.

The third most-viewed story last month highlighted how developers in central Bangkok are not shying away from the high end of the market, and we highlighted four ultra-luxury projects that property buyers and investors should consider when looking at downtown properties in the capital.
