Weekly AC Usage: If the air conditioning is consistently kept below 25 degrees, the weekly electricity fee may be higher. Electric Meter Reading: To ensure transparency, a picture of the electric meter will be taken upon your arrival and departure. This will help calculate the precise amount to be paid or refunded to you by the villa manager.
