The ground floor has a maids quarter at the rear with its own bathroom, a Western style kitchen with oven and ample cupboard spaces. There is also a storage room and a guest bathroom. The living room is spacious with warm parquet flooring and plenty of doors and windows for natural light. The hallway has nice tile flooring, and a writing desk and across the hall is the dining room complete with a large cabinet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite with a bathtub, a walk-in closet and access to a large balcony with a lovely greenery garden view. Two further bedrooms share a family bathroom. There are a/c in all rooms and good solid furniture throughout. The house comes with a covered porch sitting area to enjoy the spacious backyard which is fenced in for privacy. The covered carport is at the front where one can walk around to the backyard as well without having to go through the house.
