Large living room with open plan kitchen attached. 1 master bedroom, 1 smaller bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sizeable balcony with a view west across the city. Large windows, but the condo is shaded so it stays cool most of the day. The condo is in a suburban village with no through roads so remains quiet all day, except for the twittering of birds. The MRT station is a 12 minute walk while the Khlong Saen Saep ferry stop is a 10 minute walk away. Most of the occupants are Thai, but with a number of French residents because Le Lycée Français International de Bangkok is very close by. For Thai speakers the excellent Bodindecha School is within walking distance. Other foreign residents include a scattering of Americans, Brits, Koreans, Chinese, Iranians and Irish. The building is right next door to easily the best swimming pool in the entire neighbourhood.
