Thailand Property Centre or TPC as it is well known has been operating as an estate agent in the Hua Hin and Cha-am area of Thailand now since 1997 and we were the first European real estate agent under British management in the Hua Hin and Cha-am area.
David Brewster the owner and director of TPC has now lived in Thailand for thirteen years, who before coming to Thailand had a working back ground and gained experience for all of his working life in the property construction industry in the UK and this advantage he can now to pass on to his customers.
Our office is operated and run with the customers requests held in the highest regards and our staff are on hand to advise and direct you in the right direction to the property fitting your requirements and to stay within your budget.
The sales team in the offices speak English and Thai, our sales person will be with you at every step from the first viewing to the complication of the sale and in many cases years after that as there is always information and help you need in a foreign country.
Our service to all our customers is free and in some cases using us can even save you money so why not use our free service.
We can provide you if requested with a full legal package and a Notary service etc.
