TERMS WHEN BUYING:
- The buyer and the developer will pay in equal parts the transfer ownership fee.
- The common property maintenance fee is 30 THB per sqm per month to be paid in advance for one year from the date of transfer.
- The one time sinking fund is 300 THB per sqm, this is paid when the property is transferred.
- Payments are: 10% deposit, followed by 20% then followed by two 30% payments during construction with a 10% payment on completion of the condo.
